The possibility of changing your delivery address depends on your order status:

  • Approved/Processing: You can change the address by visiting Orders > Order Details in your account.
  • Shipped: Only minor text changes in the address are allowed. The pincode cannot be changed at this stage.
  • Delivered: The address cannot be changed as the order has already been delivered.

To update your contact number:

  • Go to Orders
  • Select the desired order
  • Scroll down to the shipping details tab and tap the Edit (Pen) icon next to the phone number.

For certain categories like large appliances, furniture, and fitness equipment, sellers’ partnered courier services may offer scheduled time slots. You can select a preferred time while placing your order. However, for most other products, deliveries follow the courier’s schedule and specific time requests cannot be accommodated.

Once your order is marked ‘Out for delivery’, you can view the delivery executive’s details by visiting the Orders section of your account.

No, the estimated delivery date provided at checkout is based on factors like your location, the seller’s location, and courier processing times. This date cannot be changed or expedited. However, you can track your order status in real time through our app or website.

No, once an order is canceled, it cannot be reinstated. You will need to place a new order if you still wish to purchase the item.
